Built myNachiketa from 0 to 1, now scaling it from 1 to 10.
myNachiketa is an educational initiative dedicated to introducing children to the Hindu philosophical ideas and concepts from Gita, Veda, Upanishads in an engaging and accessible manner. We employ various pedagogical tools, including Books, Scholarship Program, additionally, we produce videos, rhymes, and conduct workshops aimed at answering children's questions about Hindu philosophy and reflective practices, to make these teachings relatable for young audiences.

Built Change Engine from 0 to 1; now driving tech and special projects.
Change Engine is an early-stage startup accelerator focused on AI innovation and social impact.
Change Engine runs two programs:
AI-Led Technologies – Bridging AI research gaps and accelerating startups to build 30 globally competitive AI solutions in five years.

India Science Festival
Contributed to 3 editions of ISF; now driving digital growth and audience engagement.
ISF aims to make science accessible, engaging, and fun for all by bringing together scientists, researchers, students, and the public to celebrate and explore various facets of science and technology. The festival has seen global participation, with over 90,000 attendees, 500+ speakers, and more than 350 events hosted.

Strategize & Plan
Convert business requirements and market opportunities into actionable product deliverables by assessing target users, revenue potential, market feasibility, risks, and global scalability.
Execute & Deliver
Conduct walkthroughs for development and QA teams, resolve blockers, validate technical specs, and coordinate with project leads for smooth task execution.
Define & Document
Craft detailed Product Requirement Documents covering WHAT, WHY, MVP, milestones, success metrics, dependencies, user stories, and test cases while outlining a solid go-to-market strategy.
Launch & Optimize
Provide product signoff after rigorous testing, prioritize bugs, and devise pre-launch strategies, marketing, and customer outreach across email, push notifications, and social media.
Design & Test
Create wireframes, collaborate with the design team for high-fidelity UI/UX, conduct usability testing, and refine workflows.
Measure & Iterate
Maintain a stable build, track performance using defined metrics, drive user acquisition/retention, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
